1. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom and Europe only.
2. How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail 2nd Class with tracking. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
3. How long will my order take to arrive?
- UK orders: Usually arrive within 2–3 working days after dispatch.
- European orders: Usually arrive within 3–7 working days, depending on the destination.
4. When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days. During busy periods (like holidays), this may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep you updated.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes! We’ll send you a tracking number once your order has shipped so you can follow its journey.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. We keep rates as affordable and transparent as possible.
7. Do you offer custom or personalised cards?
Yes we do. If you would like your card personalised, please leave a note during checkout. Please ensure that you provide full details of the personalisation.
8. My card arrived damaged or didn’t arrive at all. What should I do?
